Your financial help is needed to fulfill MVAC’s 55-year-old mission to promote and advance the arts throughout Marshall County. Only with your donations, sponsorships, and membership fees can we continue with these programs that reach thousands all year.

  • `Hosting 13 concerts throughout the year plus live music at artist receptions

  • Exhibiting multiple artists of different mediums in the MVAC Gallery, Marshall County Commission, Marshall County Courthouse in Guntersville, and Lt. Governor Will Ainsworth’s offices in Montgomery

  • Exhibiting local fabric artists’ work and quilt year-round

  • Hosting art workshops for adults and children

  • Hosting Art Forums with local visual artists, authors, poets, photographers, food artists, and more

  • Connecting artists and art fans

  • Promoting Marshall County arts online and in newspapers

You can also support MVAC by volunteering to help put on these many events. Contact the Gallery Manager at 256-571-7199 if a particular art program interests you. We will especially need some good muscle to move ALL the gallery items to a warehouse while we’re closed in March for new lighting and floor resurfacing. All muscles and pickup trucks will be a big help!
