Art to Celebrate the U.S.’s 250 Years

MVAC member artists are invited to submit patriotic-themed art to celebrate the 250th birthday of the United States. Patriotic does not mean political though since MVAC is a non-profit and prevented from any political involvement. Please submit a candid photo of your work along with your contact info to info@mvacarts.org by June 15th to be sure your work is included. The Artists Reception will be held Tuesday, July 14th from 5:30 - 7 PM.
September - October 2026 - Andrea Marie (Andy) Twining
Andy Twining will be the featured artist at MVAC’s main gallery during September through October. The Artist Reception will be Tuesday, September 8th from 5:30 - 7 PM so make plans to come join us!
This reception will also be MVAC’s annual members meeting when they will vote for board members to serve new three-year terms.
November - December 2026- Holiday Art Market - Open to all MVAC Artists
Books by Local Authors - All Year
Check out the table of books by local authors! You’ll find children’s books, fiction, mystery, semi-autobiographies, and non-fiction books about the Marshall County area. Better yet, for your distant friends, these books can be shipped “media rate” and don’t break if handled less than gently during shipping.
